Processor

Used processor in this design is NRF52832-QFAAB. it’s keyfeatures are in mind of this project:

  • 64 Mhz Arm cortex-M4.

  • 512 KB Flash + 64 KB RAM.

  • Bluetooth.

  • flexible IO-configuration.

NRF52 flexible IO configuration made it easy to design HW, since almost every used signal could be routed any pin wanted. exeptions are SWD (Serial Debug Interface), Reset pin, Analog inputs(not used in this design) and oscillator inputs. CPU part of schematic is pretty much based on reference desing from Nordic, with exeption of board specific signals.
